What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means you are purchasing your bag before inventory is physically in stock. Your order reserves your item from our first production release.
When will my order ship?
Because this is a pre-order item, shipping will begin after production is completed and inventory has arrived to us for fulfillment. Customers will receive email updates as orders move closer to shipment.
Why isn’t my order shipping right away?
Micaé is currently launching through a pre-order model. This allows us to open orders before our first shipment is fully received and ready to send out.
How long will shipping take?
Pre-order timelines may vary depending on production and transit. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Will I be charged at checkout?
Yes. Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed in order to reserve your bag.
Can pre-order timelines change?
Yes. While we work hard to provide accurate estimates, production and international shipping timelines can occasionally shift. If there are any significant updates, we will notify customers by email.
Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes. We plan to keep customers informed throughout the pre-order process, including updates related to production, fulfillment, and shipping.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is considered final due to production planning and inventory allocation.
What happens if there is a delay?
If there is a meaningful delay in production or delivery, we will communicate that by email as soon as possible.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Are quantities limited?
Yes. Pre-order quantities may be limited based on our first production release.
Is this a made-to-order item?
No. This is a pre-order item from our first production run, meaning you are reserving from incoming inventory before it is available for immediate shipment.
