What is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to purchase a product before it is available to ship. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item and securing your spot in line.

Payment

Your payment is collected in full at the time of your preorder. You will not be charged again when your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Date

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you via email if there are any updates to your expected ship date.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before your order enters fulfillment.

Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund. For other refund requests, please refer to our standard Refund Policy.
